Sculpture Class 2 (1hour 45 minutes)

So this week was our second class to sculpt something. The crappy thing is, we were over an hour late, dude to a wreck on the 405 (look at post below), so I only had about an 1 hour 45 minutes to work on this, kind of bummed because i like the class a lot. Anyways, this pose was really tough because she was all bunched up. Next time i will know to start by packing clay in where her legs and chest meet, because i found myself trying to work in there with little to no room for my fingers. Anyways it was still fun. Learning stuff each class.

I had my First Sculpting Class

So yesterday was the first day for my new sculpting class. Patrick Yury and I are taking it together. Our instructor is David Simon and he seems like a really good teacher, and his sculptures are really nice. Anyways, I am really looking forward to the next classes, it is alot of fun because we only get 3 hours to make these, and then you move onto the next. So you can learn alot from one to the next and rough our cool poses. So here is my first attempt, of course i took nice angles, haha. But there is a ton of room for improvement.
